Cleaning - if renting 7 days or more.
Tax, electricity, water, linen, towels, local phone calls, TV channels (aprox 100) and wireless high speed internet.
Reservation:
To make a reservertion a pre pay of 25% is required. Full payment is required 30 days prior to the arrival date, otherwise the booking will be cancelled. Just after the full payment have been made an information package including a code for the key box will be provided.
Cancellation:
If a guest cancel a reservation, the guest will forfeit 25% of the rental price.
Cancellation made 30 days or less prior to the arrival date, or no-show (including due to force majeure), the guest will forfeit 100% of the rental price.
Check-in:
Check-in is after 2 p.m. Keys are located in a box just outside the condo door.
Check-out:
Check-out is no later than 12 a.m. on the departure day.
Other:
It is not allowed to smoke in the condo.
Pets are not allowed. | | | The condo will not be rented out to any single person under the age of 21. |
