The condo is part of the beautiful Mediterranean style high quality resort Bella Piazza that was build in 2008.
There are 183 condos in the community and this up-grade top floor condo is situated with panoramic pool view from the living room, master bedroom and the balcony. Interior space is 1232 square feet (115 m2) and it features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 6 (8) people. The kitchen and bathrooms have new appliances for your convenience. 15 MBit High Speed Internet, HD-TV (flatscreens in all rooms) and unlimited local phone calls are included. 
For the children two baby beds, two strollers, two high chairs and a wireless baby-alarm are available. There are elevators in each building.
